Who is sponsoring this platform?

This platform is provided by the Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP), a 501c3 nonprofit organization and one of the nation's longest-standing immunization coalitions, serving communities since 1999.

MPP has used it since COVID to improve access to care, and is now sharing it with organizations nationwide so more providers can be seen and more people can get care.

How does this help me plan smarter?

Through the Services Heat Map feature, you can view clinic events by:

• Date Range
• Location
• Service Type

It helps you see where care is already happening and where it is needed so you can plan more effectively.

How does this help me track, record, and report care?

At the end of each clinic event, you can quickly enter:

• Attendance (who came and who didn't)
• Services provided and how many
• How many children, adults, and seniors received care

Then generate reports to understand and share your impact.
